Customer Service Officer (Basic + Performance Based Allowance)

Customer Service Officer

• This is a 1-year contract role with a 1-month completion bonus
• Able to convert to full-time based on performance
• Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)

Jobscope:

• Handle inbound calls on a daily basis in a call centre environment
• Handle customer enquiries about products
• Troubleshoot any complaints or feedback and direct them to the necessary department
• Act as the first line of problem-solving via phone from clients/customers
• Provide excellent customer service to give clients a good experience
• Provide feedback on how to constantly improve work productivity

Requirements:

• Pleasant attitude towards customer
• Passionate about customer services 
• Able to communicate effectively
• Min Diploma of any discipline required
• Minimally 2 years of experience in customer service
• Call-centre experience advantageous
• Having BCP & PGI is advantageous
