Customer Service Officer (Redemption/3 mths contract) / Alexandra (RL)

Responsibilities

Redemption and Carry In Service

• Handling redemption process and make call to customer who make reservation before to update the gift status
• Attending to walk-in customers for gift redemption and carry-in repair for CE products such as MC, players & others
• Warranty data entry
• Answering customer enquires
• Helping out in other ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• Min GCE “O” Level or its equivalent
• At least 1 to 2 years working experience in face to face with customer/frontline customer service
• Able to differentiate between false and genuine claims
• Good in English communication & basic soft skills
• A team player and motivated to serve customer
• Computer knowledge
• Requires to work on every Sat with 1 Saturday optional

Working Hours

Monday to Friday (8.30 am to 6.15 pm)

Saturday (8.30 am to 2.00 pm) – (by OT claim)
