Marketing/Business Development:

·Design/Creation of Ebooks/ website content for download on LJEC/TOEC website

·coordination, scheduling, managing and execution of the centres’ marketing schedule

·conceptualise and create Content creation for publicity and marketing activities, efforts.

·company video production

·Event/workshop management

·Explore business expansion plans for the company

·Explore tie ups with other companies.

·Manage centre face book and social media accounts

·Sales outreach

·Activating and following up with cold leads and ex customers

·creating and proof reading of publicity material/poster/brochure design, printing and other related publicity and marketing activities.

·Content and schedule for marketing efforts, video production (KIV)

Sales, Customer service and Admin

·Handle sales enquiries for physical and online classes for The Online English Classroom Pte Ltd. And Learning Journey Education Centre, our service partner,

·Handle enquiries and feedback from customers

·Come out with quarterly centres sales plan and strategy

·Handling feedback and complaints - Customer retention & Feedback

·Student retention (when they submit withdrawal)

·Starting new classes and managing existing classes

·Carry out centre satisfaction feedback survey (twice a year)

·Handle student enrolment admin work

·Payment/ finance: collection of fees

·planning class scheduling and timeslots

·Maintain student database

·planning/managing staff /teachers’ roster.

Operations and finance

·Ensure that fees are collected on time, follow up on late fees

·Document sales and centre workflows, suggest areas of improvement and operation work flows.

·Writing and updating Frequently Asked Questions Booklet for Sales and Customer Service Staff

Training & Development

·Create sales SOPs, FAQs, checklists and guidelines
