Finance Assistant/Sin Ming/5.5days

Salary: $2400
Location: Sin Ming
Working hour: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm & Alternate Sat 9am - 4pm/5pm

Responsibilities:
- Handles Account Payable (AP) / Account Receivable (AR)
- Month end closing of books for financial and management reporting
- Preparation of Journal entries for accurate financial reporting
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Following up on outstanding issues and issues resolution
- Ensure proper filing of claims to customers together with supporting documents

Requirements:
- Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Word and Excel
