Manage, plan and prepare Chinese cuisine according to standard operating procedures.
Comply with food safety and sanitation regulations/standards.
Ensure smooth operations within the kitchen.
Create new recipes and design overall menu.
Fulfilled orders in a timely manner with a good presentation.
Monitor quality of food and beverages to meet customer satisfaction.
Track, record and maintain inventory stock including foods, beverages, and kitchen supplies.
Determine food requirements and menu pricing/labor costs.
As and when assigned by the Management.
At least 3+ years’ experience in management of kitchen.
Good experience in planning, designing, and preparing meals.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Knowledge of good hygiene practices.
Customer service oriented skills.
Willing to work and stay inKelong.
6 days workweek including weekends
