Assists in recruiting of insurance agents / sales agent for the company
Assist human resource team in sourcing for candidates through various methods to fulfill the recruitment needs of all subsidiaries companies such as through resume screening, shortlisting, fixing of appointments, interviewing and selecting the right candidates for the different positions
Contact potential candidates through cold calls and messages
Assist in employee engagement, resourcing activity, employee relations advice, performance management guidance, and general support on a wide range of recruitment activities
Support to design and deliver best practice models to develop capability and provide assurance that candidates have obtained the skills needed for the job
Collate relevant information of various locations/platforms and come up with monthly reports
Manage several social media sites such as LinkedIn, Youtube, Facebook, Instagram and so on
Manages the company’s social media accounts and posts content.
Brainstorms campaign ideas.
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes.
Handle necessary paper works and coordination
Other ad-hoc duties
