岗位职责

  • 为客户端用户提供IT技术支持,远程解决IT相关问题。
  • 处理PC机,手提,打印机等设备发生的错误。
  • 维护电脑硬件和系统配置。
  • 处理办公室软件的故障。
  • 处理远程用户拨号故障。
  • 使用Email为用户提供桌面IT支持。
  • 处理PC机,手提,打印机等设备的办公室软件安装。
  • 确保用户正常登录公司网络。
  • 杀灭电脑病毒。
  • 为终端用户解决故障。
  • 完成IT设备的登记工作。

岗位需求

  • 愿意学习IT技术。
  • 熟悉Windows操作系统。
  • 有维修PC机/手提电脑故障的经验。
  • 有分析和决绝问题的能力。
  • 可以独立工作,自我激励。
  • 能写和说英语和华语,能够用英语和华语和客户交流。
  • 拥有文凭/高级文凭以上学历。
  • 语言能力:英语和华语。
  • 拥有至少4年相关的工作经历。
  • 技术需求:Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Network Security.
  • 欢迎IT/电脑专业-网络/系统/数据管理等相关专业的候选人。

Knowledge & Key Skills:·

  • Good knowledge of IT hardware and associated peripherals.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft operating system and Office applications.
  • Ability to use technical documentation and diagnostic tools to solve hardware and software problems.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good judgment and strong analytical skills as well as follow-up and organizational skills.

Essential Qualifications/Education:·

  • Associate degree in Information Technology (or equivalent).
  • Up-to-date professional IT certification.Responsibilities for the following:
  • Provide support for Email and Identity migration to Office 365.·
  • Provide user and administrative support for IT systems, applications and Infrastructure.
  • Provide technical guidance to users and management for IT related issues and queries.
  • Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of all relevant hardware, software and systems.
  • Perform routine IT operation tasks (ex: backups).
  • Configuration, installation & deployment of IT equipment and related peripherals.
  • Ensure appropriate IT related procedures are enforced.
  • Develop a working knowledge of department specific applications.
  • Identify opportunities and recommend solutions for improving service, efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Log into and use telephone and computer-based Service Desk system to record all support activities.
  • Log into and provide support to the IT Hotline.
  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.
  • Candidate will act as a IT Support/Helpdesk for this job position.
