M&E Coordinator (Bldg Constn) – North (RL)

Responsibilities

·Review project specifications and technical clarifications

·Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies

·Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation

·Supervise the M & E works and coordinate with client’s representatives, consultants and sub-contractors on technical matters

·Ensure timely and smooth progress of works

·Carry out inspections when required, according to ISO requirements, for works in progress, installations and deliveries to ensure proper quality checks and safety regulations are complied

Requirements

·Min Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent

·Minimum 3 years of working experience in building or construction or A&A projects

·Proficient in AutoCAD)

·Organized, highly motivated and independent with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
