Management Trainee (Cook)

HE JOB

• Overall responsibility for the kitchen’s daily operations. e.g. implementing new policies and SOP
• Learn to be competent in both service and kitchen duties
• Perform standard quality service and speedily
• Provide administrative support
• Get familiar with personnel duties
• Trains and works to retain effective team members
• Motivate team members to exceed customer expectations
• Participate in company’s strategic planning
• Maintaining/raising the food’s profit margins
• Developing menu offerings, forecasting supply needs and estimating costs

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma and above
• 6 days work week, (9+1) 10 hours per shift, including weekends.
• 1-3 years of relevant working experience is preferred
• Shift work including weekends and public holidays
