Job Roles:

• Daily visit to Supermarket/Convenience outlet in an assigned area, provide excellent service, and enhance good customer relationship/ rapport to secure order for all the products.
• Ensure all House Brand and Agency product, especially core SKUs are well merchandise with adequate level of stocks at home bay according to market share, or follow planogram and all chillers and secondary display
• Liaise and co-ordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of product
• Ensure prompt set up of promo display, update of all POS materials and pricing display at the right place and right promo window
• Implement FIFO to ensure product freshness and check on near expired stocks regularly to minimize trade returns
• Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our product, store and display issues, and competitor's activities to supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Must have own mode of transport* If without, must be willing to travel
• Required physical strength due to moving stock at outlet and replenishment
• Willing to travel around Singapore and follow assigned route daily
• Must complete all outlet allocated
• Hardworking and a good team player
• 1 year of experience in merchandising
• Basic Salary + Transport + Incentive + Commissions
• Weekly Meeting at Office located in Tuas
• 5.5 days work week
• Office : Tuas (weekly meeting)
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/O Level, Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field.
• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
