Pastry Chef

Salary: Up to $2000 (Depends on experiences)

Working Hours: 4-5 Working Days, from 8am to 8pm

(Must be able to work during weekends & PH)

Location: Tai Seng

Job Descriptions:

• Maintain the upkeep of the kitchen

• Adhere to the company’s standards in food hygiene and safety practices in the kitchen area

• Assist in the preparation and production of the company’s products (baking and decorating of cupcakes, whole cakes and/or cookies, preparation of ingredients, setting up of baking utensils and equipment, & packing the products for delivery)

• Help the Section Head or other staff in doing inventory at the kitchen

• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Applicants with Pastry & Baking Certificate, baking experience and passion for baking and decorating cakes preferred

• MUST have food & hygiene certification

• Good personal presentation, hygiene and food safety skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Applicants who can start work IMMEDIATELY preferred

-帮助科长或其他人员在厨房盘点

-已分配的其他临时职责

工作要求：

-具有糕点和烘焙证书，烘焙经验和对烘焙和装饰蛋糕有热情的申请人优先

-必须具有食品和卫生认证

-良好的个人陈述，卫生和食品安全技能

-能够在快节奏的环境中工作
