5 Day Workweek / Mon - Fri 9-6 pm

JOB SCOPE:

 Provide full administrative support to the Manager.

• Perform data entry, filing and verify confidential documents
• Ensure accuracy of data documents collected
• Maintain and keep proper records of confidential documents
• Client Liaison and scheduling of meetings and appointments 
• Coordinate and assist with the company’s projects assigned
• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

 REQUIREMENTS:

 Positive attitude and must able to work independently 

• Diploma / Degree holders.
• Singaporeans only.
• 1-year working experience in admin and customer service 
• Disciplined and Meticulous.
• Proficient in Microsoft office 
• Excellent in communication and organizational skills.
• Good time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
