Resident Technical Officer

Salary: $3,200.00 and above based on Qualifications and Experience

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and report on authority contractors’ progress against planned schedule and performance
• Maintain site records of the works which should include all circumstances and events occurring during the construction stage.
• Check on the quality of materials and samples delivered to site and report to Superintending Officer
• Assist Superintending Officer's Representative to check and verify monthly payment claims

Requirements

• Registered with the Engineers Singapore (IES) or Association of Consulting Engineers Singapore (ACES).
• Diploma of Architecture, Building, Civil/Structural Engineering or any similar qualifications and above
• Experience : 3 years of such relevant practical experience in the full-time supervision of HDB building related works
