❉Location: Serangoon North

❉Working Hours: Monday-Friday, office hours

❉Duration: 1 year contract

❉Salary: Up to $2300/month

Job scope:

✨ Managing the Customer Operations headcount database

✨Tallying of actual headcounts for the whole team

✨Management and technical support of headcount management system

✨Communicating with various headcount sources

Job requirements:

✨Diploma

✨Preferably with 1-2 years contact centre experience

✨Familiar with CMS and WFM tools
