Service Crew

Job Details:

• Work location: Raffles Place

• Working hours: 6 days per week / 44hrs

• Salary: Full Time $1400

Job description:

• Greet and attend to walk-ins

• Manage queues

• Take orders in POS system, serve customers, and clear tables

• Provide excellent F&B service to guests

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries

• Maintain a high level of customer service

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout the restaurant

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean / PR / LTVP+ / DP

• Basic Hygiene Certificate

• Passionate, cheerful, and positive, service oriented and an excellent team player

• Enjoy interactions with customers, able to communicate effectively in Basic English and Mandarin or Bahasa with good interpersonal skills
