Job requirements

Diploma / Degree holder in Telecommunications/Electrical/Computer Science

Able to be part of the dynamic team to bring the company to the new converged market

Expertise in various products : networking products, IPBX and related applications a PLUS

Good command of English language, knowing one or more Asian language will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills. Sensitive to customer needs and good record in maintaining high SLA rating; reviews customer satisfaction trends

Must have knowledge in IP, Internet, networking equipment

Experience in Telecommunications related technologies and services such as wireless, 3G, VoiP, ISDN will be advantageous.

Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

Identify and resolve the problems about (Mitel/Ibratro) product portfolios

Testing of new products and releases (both HW and SW)

Providing technical support either remotely or on-site

Design, build and manage the deployment of Mitel/Ibratro Solutions

Support existing partners with technical support, training and problem resolution.

Collaborate with third-party vendors for integration testing anddeployment
