Telesales Manager -JurongEast/5.5Days

Salary: Basic $3300 - $5500
Monthly bonus: $300 - $1500 when target achieved
Mobile Allowance: $50 - $70
Attendance Incentive: $300 (perfect attendance)

Working hour: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm & Sat 9am – 1pm
Working location: Jurong East

Requirements:
• At least 3 years of relevant courier, logistics, 3PL, B2B, experience
• Independent and able to work under minimum supervision

Job Duties:
- Sourcing of new Clients
- Servicing current Clients and maintaining good relationship
- Arranging of appointments, presenting business proposal to customers
- Handle enquiries on sales, quotation and service enquiries promptly
- Ensure continued maintenance of business and maximize growth potential of company
- Drive performance and achieve growth plan with sales activities aligned with company’s direction
- Perform competitor and market analysis to formulate new strategies for business growth
