Temp CS Officer - GOVT (Work from home/ $10/ Office Hour)

- Commence work on 15 June 2020
- $7 per hour (during 2 weeks training), $10 per hour (after training)
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Work from home for now, IT equipment will be given

Main duties:
• Attend queries from business owners/representatives via email and calls
• Provide accurate advice and support in accordance to company’s service standards
• Enter/Log all cases into the case management system accurately

Requirements:
• Singaporean only
• Min Diploma with relevant customer service experience preferred
• Able to commence work in short notice
