Warehouse Asst Operations Manager(Distribution)/3PL/East side /up to 4K

Salary: $3000 - $4000

Working hour: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri) / 9am - 1pm (Alternate Sat)

Working Location : Changi South

Job Responsibilities:
• Ensuring fulfilment of all B2B and B2C orders on daily basis
• Planning, coordinating and the handling of general issues on warehouse management
• Ensuring work executions are in full compliance of accredited SOPs (ISO, GDPMDS, BizSafe etc) and customs requirements
• Keeping inventory data up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy
• Quarterly review of SOPs, KPIs and Budgets (including operating cost)
• Organising the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress
• Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis as required
• Developing KPIs for staff with periodical review
• Ensuring full compliance of customs process and procedures on BW & LWV management

Job Requirement:

√ Degree / Diploma in Computer Science / Engineering / Related Technical Field
√ Some prior experience in software development projects and in Asst operation management /warehouse asst operation management
√ Resourceful, independent and able to learn & integrate new technologies
√ Familiarity with B2C & B2B platforms
√ Basic familiarity with general office application like Word, PowerPoint and Excel
