REQUIREMENT

Mempunyai minima SPM/Diploma or Ijazah sarjana muda

Boleh berbahasa Melayu dengan baik

Suka bercuti dan mempunyai pengalaman bercuti di dalam & Luar Negara

Personal driver for Chairman (URGENT)

• Assist General Manager, Senor Manager, and Sales and Marketing Manager, to compile and analyze sales activity.
• To perform any ad-hoc tasks or specific projects which is related to sales activity.
• Ensure proper maintenance of record, document & filing to support all event related to sales activities.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Post Graduate/Business Studies/Management/Marketing or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Experience in data analysis will be preferred.
• A positive can-do attitude and willingness to help out on request as needed.
• Excellent command of spoken and writtenEnglish/Malay/Mandarin (advantage)

• Delivers items to customers by verifying orders.

• Inventories stock.

• Arranges transportation.

• Organizes item order by editing for price, promotions, and weight compliance.

• Arranges shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels, anticipating delivery requirements, and placing/expediting orders.

• Ships items by examining items, destination, route, rate, and delivery time; ordering carriers.

• Verifies items shipped by matching bills of lading, reconciling quantities, and noting discrepancies.

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions.

• Protects the organization's reputation by keeping pricing, promotion, purchase order, and credit-limit information confidential.
