Responsibilities:
1.Cleaning of Common Areas
•Cleaning,tidyingand washing of public areas (for example, corridors, car parks, walkways) and non-public areas(suchas stores, pantries, back officeetc) and not limited to trash disposal
•Operating cleaning related equipment/machinery
•Rectification of Defects
2.Cleaning of Guest Rooms
•Cleaning of guest rooms to the required standards set by Hotel
•Ensuring security ofguests’room and privacy of guests
•Servicing or attending to guest’s request/s
•
Perform check on all room appliances to ensure they are in good working condition
•
Dust furnishings and walls and remove marks from them
•
Carry out floor care duties in hallway and guest rooms and other ad-hoc duties
3.Other Tasks
•Replenishing/distribution/delivery of goods/amenities and other hotel items within the hotel
•Assist in guest services such as sending items to guests and helping guests with luggage and luggage storage.
Job Requirements:
•Working on Public Holidays and Weekends are expected
•Flexibility in work hours as required with prior notice
•Able to communicate simple and understand in simple English
•Hardworking team player with positive personality
