Job Description:
Maintain a positive and professional approach with co-workers
Checks spoilage
Ensure that working areas are always kept clean
Promote good team spirit regularly
Responsible for cleanliness and sanitation of their section.
Prepares vegetables, meat to roast and fish ready to cook according to the recipes
Learn all kinds of kitchen work
Collects storeroom items according to the requisitions
Carry out any other culinary duties as per reporting manager and Executive Chef
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year experience
Entry level may apply as training will be provided
Good knowledge of kitchen equipment
Ability to work in a team
Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods
Must be versatile and able to move around the kitchen & multitasking
