Job Scope:

*Acquire all essential knowledge to become future managers,understand each department, often particular fields, such as marketing, sales & Operation, daily process

*support Management Team with daily task (Participate in company startegy planning, evaluating performance (eg.writing reports)

Handle beauty product Marketing Strategies

Handle Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM)

Keep track of business revenue

Handle online and offline advertising & company promotions under image enhancement programs

for public & private sectors.

Requirement:

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to Senior Account Executive.
• To manage, maintain and grow the Company's effectiveness on day-to-day operations of accounting and finance activities primarily through accounting and related software.
• Review supplier's invoices, staff claims and payments.
• Coordinate and liaise to other departments on all accounting matters and resolve queries or problems that arise.
• Backup support for AR invoicing, receipts and FOC/credit limit checks.
• Ensure timely and accurate closing at month end.
• Carry out other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or above.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in related industry.
• Possess initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimum supervision.
• Knowing in Auto Count software will be advantageous.
• Able to work at Kepong, WP Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
