• Develop and maintain a book of business by prospecting and selling insurance and financial products to potential customers
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance and financial products
• Customize insurance policies and financial plans to meet customer's specific needs and budget
• Provide exceptional customer service, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing guidance on policy changes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that policies are issued in a timely and accurate manner
• Meet sales goals and performance targets, including revenue targets, customer retention, and customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and changes in products and services

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Active state insurance license or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
• Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
