Job description

Job Scope :

• To Assist in the development and maintenance of the all Peninsular hospital’s ESH management systems in line with all applicable laws, audits, maintenance, sustainability, and policies & procedures of Hospitals via MKN & KKM standards.

• The ESHO is expected to play a lead role in undertaking ESH initiatives and maintaining the ESH management system to recognized standards.

• In developing new ESH initiatives or programs, implementation of critical activities.

• The Officer is expected to identify, facilitate and conduct relevant training and surveillance programs to promote a safe and healthy culture that aims at ultimately achieving an incident-free environment.

• To ensure all are carried out in accordance with Occupational Safety and Health Act 1997 & Regulations.

• Coordinates ESH compliance to local & international standards, to audit and take control of all ESH matters.

• Regularly review ESH management and operational activities to establish their ongoing adequacy, sustainability, and effectiveness with compliance in all applicable laws and other requirements.

Requirements:

• Graduate Diploma/ SPM / Certificate in Safety & Health Officer or equivalent.

• Certified Safety and Health Officer (SHO) registered and obtain Green Book from DOSH.

• Good in local standard education language for speaking and writing.

• Min 2- 3 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Facilities Management, and Engineering.

• Experience in healthcare is an advantage.

Job Descriptions:

• Conceptualizing visuals based on requirement
• Creating and developing illustration, images, logos, layouts and any designs by hand or using design software,
• Testing graphics across various media.
• Studying design briefs and determining requirements.
• Preparing project schedule and defining budget constraints.
• Preparing rough drafts and presenting ideas.
• Using appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic.
• Working closely with copywriters and creative director to product final design.
• Amending designs according to feedback received.
• Ensuring final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in advertising agency with proven graphic designing experience.
• Proficiency in using design software and technologies (Illustrator, Photoshop etc).
• Proven experiences with strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics
• Having keen eyes for aesthetics and details.
• Ability to work methodically and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and presentation skills.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
