Task: Explain the task that needed to be accomplished.
Action: Describe the actions you took to resolve the situation.
Result: Explain the outcome of your actions.
Example answer: "I was working as a customer service representative when a customer called in with a complaint about a product. The customer was very angry and it was clear that they had been trying to resolve the issue for a while. I listened to their concerns and apologised for the inconvenience. I then researched the issue and found a solution that resolved the customer's problem. I followed up with the customer to ensure that they were satisfied with the resolution and offered a discount on their next purchase as a gesture of goodwill. As a result, the customer was satisfied and even left a positive review about their experience with our customer service team."
2. Describe a time when you had to work under pressure.
Example answer: "In my previous job, I was responsible for organising a company-wide event with a very tight deadline. With only a week to plan and execute the event, I had to work under a lot of pressure. I created a detailed plan and timeline, prioritised tasks, and delegated responsibilities to other team members. I also made sure to communicate regularly with my team to ensure that everyone was on the same page. Despite the time constraints, we were able to successfully execute the event and received positive feedback from attendees."

Example answer:"In a previous job, I worked with a colleague who was not pulling their weight on a group project. This caused tension and frustration among the team. These questions are designed to assess your problem-solving skills and how you would approach specific tasks related to the job. It's important to be detailed and specific when answering these questions
Example answer:"If I were given the task of [specific task], I would start by breaking down the task into smaller, manageable steps. I would research best practices and gather any necessary materials or resources. I would then create a detailed plan and timeline, prioritise tasks, and delegate responsibilities if necessary. I would regularly communicate with my team and adjust the plan as needed to ensure that we are on track to meet the deadline and produce high-quality work."
