With our plans for expansion, we are looking for a strategic and highly analytical Marketing Lead to drive all of our brand experience, go-to-market strategy, campaigns and channel optimisation to steer the business towards increasing market share. This role is a leadership position within a fast paced start-up working environment.

What You’ll Do



  • Planning strategy and execution across channels for brand awareness, customers acquisition and re-targeting

What You’ll Need



  • Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in: Marketing, Media Studies or Communications would be advantageous

  • 5+ years in marketing experience with deep expertise in the media landscape and the e-commerce industry

  • Experience developing customer journeys and concepting and leading multi-channel integrated campaigns at scale

  • Digital savvy with a passion for the digital landscape and knowledge of how platforms work, with experience in social listening and data analytics

With our massive plans for expansion, we are looking for an Operational Excellence Lead who will focus on strategy deployment and process optimisation to provide seamless e-commerce fulfilment and an amazing experience to all of our customers.


To be successful in this role, you must have a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment for driving changes that will help the business scale. This role will oversee our logistics and supply chain processes and therefore, will be accountable for the direction, organisation, capacity planning, infrastructure layouts, product & tech capabilities and the overall continuous improvement of all supply chain processes, all to serve our customers better.

What You'll Do



  • Lead innovative and metric driven processes and projects to achieve operational efficiencies within the fulfilment team, supply chain, commercial and customer service operations

  • Regularly assess the financial impact of solutions and prepare business cases

What You'll Need



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or equivalent studies is a must. Master’s Degree holder is preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years experience within the ecommerce industry with key focus on logistics/supply chain is a must

  • Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team

Our leading mother brand, Perromart (e-commerce platform for pet care products), is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a team of 50+ in ensuring work efficiencies and productivity in our warehouse operations are optimized.

What You’ll Do



  • Set up and manage overall warehouse operation to include process, ordering of proper supplies and equipment, staffing (as dictated by level of business), shipping and receiving of product, and inventory control

  • Ensure that daily shipping and receiving is completed and making sure that proper product gets out. Implement quality checks to ensure 100% accuracy and on-time deliveries

  • Maintain an organized and efficient warehouse(s) to include maintaining proper level of supplies and equipment keeping an eye on cost control

  • Continuously suggest new ways to improve operations and reduce cost while maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.Implement and integrate warehouse management systems (inventory management system and routific) to optimize workflow

  • Ensuring & implementing the 5S in the Warehouse

  • Plan for manpower requirements and provide training plans for the operations team

The role is inherently cross-functional which involves working closely with Operations, Commercial, Development, Design, and Customer Service teams to define and design the next level of our online operations.




A successful candidate will be highly analytical, resourceful, goal-driven, team-oriented, and have an ability to marry technological competence with an in-depth understanding of ground operations to drive customer experience, lower costs and higher service levels. He/she will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.




Should have operational depth along with having a firm grasp over the Online business and technical aspects of Ecommerce. It will be a major plus if you are a pet lover!
