SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • End to end trade clearing and processing.

  • Assist the Finance team on daily bank reconciliations.

  • Assist Finance team on audit requests both internal and external).

  • Coverage for APAC exchanges and brokers relationships.

  • Identify breaks and follow up with counterparties (clients / brokers) to resolve promptly.

  • Regulatory reporting via CFTC and exchanges OCR portals for large trader reporting.

  • Provide client servicing support to clients to ensure their issues are acknowledged and resolved.

  • Ensure compliance to operational instructions laid down by the company.

  • Provide administrative support such as billing customers for platform subscription and any other duties as assigned.

  • Issuing of daily margin calls and performing reconciliations in terms of trade, position and balance sheet.

  • Serve both internal and external users of the 3rd party electronic trading platform such as CQG / TT / Rithmic including exchange-based platform e.g. Webice / CME Direct.

  • Involve in implementing regulatory changes onto trading platform e.g. 2FA and recent Mifi2 changes.

  • Willing to do shift work if needed.


QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor degree in any field.

  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in listed derivatives space with detailed technical ability.


PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES



  • Possess good spoken and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of full end to end F&O clearing highly desirable.

  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, both internal and external to the firm paired with a meticulous approach to area of work.

  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask.

  • Possess robust analytical skills, an attention to detail and a keen awareness of risk.

  • Willing to do shift work.
