Senior Manager, Trust Partner Projects

$12000 to $20000 (Monthly)

Roles & Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Head of Process, Strategy and Optimization, this candidate will drive global programs for Trust Ops organization

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive critical strategy and transformation projects and initiatives

  • Define and rollout Project Management tools and best practices, scaling and reinforcing PM capabilities across the organization

  • Create governance frameworks and policies ensuring the right people have access to the right, and relevant information in order to make strategic decisions.

  • Ensure we have the right resources at the right time so we can deliver high-visibility, high-return projects.

  • Define what organizational resources should be shared and establish mechanisms to distribute them optimally across projects.

  • Create and enable team efficiency by facilitating collaborative knowledge transfers between project teams.

  • Make project plans, reviews, templates and documentation widely available to the team so that we save time and costs that would have otherwise gone into rework.

  • Provides mentoring, support, and coaching to the teams’ project managers.

  • Gathering data about project progress, status of milestones, and goals reached so we can regularly report on project health.

  • Establish and maintain project/initiative portfolio view, including effective monitoring, controls, OKRs and success metrics.

  • Inspect project operational efficiency and assess the financial performance against a project’s return on investment and non-financial benefits.

  • Steer cross-functional teams, incl. both internal and external project members.

  • Interconnect project delivery with powerful change management


The successful candidate will be an experienced project management professional in the BPO environment with:

  • Minimum 15 years experience in hands-on project and change management

  • Minimum 5 years in direct partner management (contract, operational)

  • Backgrounds in top-tier consulting and fast-paced tech-driven organisations preferred

  • Degree in business, engineering, or computer science or any related qualifications

  • Knowledge of 6-sigma methodologies and demonstrated ability to apply them in a lean, pragmatic way

  • Extremely proficient at using Google sheets / Excel to financial model unstructured problems

  • Extremely proficient with Gantt / Project mgmt software

  • Great leadership skills

  • Experience working with senior decision makers

  • Strong communication/interpersonal skills

  • Proven analytical background

  • Works well under pressure

  • Happy to handle multiple projects at the same time

  • Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive

  • Ability to work independently and with others

APAC Business Operations & Program Management Lead

$18500 to $24000 (Monthly)

The Program Management Lead will report to the APAC Regional Director and will be based in Singapore. The Program Management Lead will work closely with the APAC Regional Director, and support the APAC regional leadership team by managing business operations, in the following areas:

  • Strategy: Help set strategy, enable respective functions to execute, and evaluate business performance.

  • Manage operating cadence: Lead key meetings and offsites; partner closely with FP&A and business reviews.

  • Stakeholder Management: Structure analyses and create materials to help teams optimize operating efficiency and communicate to and collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

  • Special Projects: Identify areas of opportunity for potential investment or incubation; manage strategic pilots and business programs as appropriate.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

Actionable business analysis

  • Work with FP&A + Data Science to assess business performance and deep dive into areas of strength and weakness

  • Enable functional leads to provide consistent information to their teams and stakeholders.

  • OKR management and understanding of roadblocks and status updating for the APAC business.

  • Create materials to communicate strategy and business performance to key stakeholders.

Operational rigour and discipline

  • Ensure cross-functional cohesion between product and operating teams

  • Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual business operation meetings across the APAC business.

  • Conduct deep dives into operational or functional topics as needed.

  • POC on headcount planning and other big bet resourcing/investment proposals across the region.

  • Work with functional leads to set strategy and execute operations.

Incubate and drive special projects

  • Analyses into new markets and into partnerships ROI/efficiency

  • Analyses into supply acquisition and retention

  • Design, implement and drive strategic pilots and business programs


  • 10+ years of relevant work experience with strong analytical and business background as well as an understanding of strategic partnerships and/or marketing and operational experience.

  • They will have worked at a top-tier private equity/investment banking/consulting firm and/or in consumer tech in a capacity where they had to work cross-functionally and across diverse teams to influence change.

  • They will be a strong written and verbal communicator, with professional working proficiency in English and deep familiarity with the business, economic and cultural environments across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • They will have some familiarity with data analysis and SQL.
