Executive, Procurement (6 months)

Responsibilities


You will be part of the team that supports the Procurement, Inventory and Contract management services to the organization. The candidate is expected to provide proactive planning and added value to hospital purchases.



  • Ensure end to end procurement processes are in compliance with purchasing policies

  • Partner internal customers to procure goods and services in a timely, effective and compliant manner.

  • Manage vendors to ensure quality, pricing and delivery objectives are met

  • Liaison with logistic team to maintain stock list and minimal stock-out

  • Add value through proper negotiation, product standardizing or innovative ways of sourcing

  • Monitor and establish contracts on time to ensure continuous supply of product and services

  • Form committee to evaluate goods and services after tender

  • Actively solicit customer's feedback, address issues and seek continuous improvement


Requirements



  • Degree with minimum 1 year of relevant experience

  • Fresh graduates are open to apply

  • Good writing and communication skills

  • Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers

  • Strong interpersonal skill and able to interact with the staff of all levels

  • Familiarization with SAP is an added advantage

Manager, Strategic Procurement

$6200 to $8500 (Monthly)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Lead, plan, develop and implement long-term sourcing strategy in category sourcing and supplier initiatives and be accountable for the outcomes.

  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Procurement team and guide the development of specialised/ domain knowledge for the category within the team.

  • Communicate the terms and conditions of the Master Agreement to vendors and monitor and manage compliance with the agreements.

  • Advocate continuous improvement on all aspects of the sourcing and procurement process to enhance services and ensure uninterrupted supply of products and services.

  • Conduct risk assessments for the product/ service covering the entire supply chain from end-to-end and obtain inputs from relevant stakeholders to mitigate the risks.

  • Identify, understand, develop and manage vendor relationship in terms of optimising overall performance.

  • Manage vendors' performance through systematic tracking and monitoring.

  • Lead development of key strategies for future business needs, encompassing the internal resources, suppliers and partners.

  • Drive resource development and management.


Job Requirement:



  • Min. Degree in Supply Chain/Business Management or equivalent with relevant end to end procurement experience and team management experience.

  • Experience in process improvement, policy drafting and drive cost saving projects.

  • Ability to lead and motivate team members.

  • Strong data analytical skills and big data management.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, SAP and Ariba would be an advantage.

Associate Executive, Finance (1 year)

Accounts Receivable


Job Responsibilities:



  • Verify all delivery documents with valid customer PO & Correct pricing, and prepare billing documents (including invoices, DN & CN)

  • Follow up with operations & warehouse personnel for incomplete or errors in the documents.

  • Follow up on customer collections.

  • Resolve any disputes via consultation with Accountant or Operations team.

  • Ensure the completeness of billings for all outgoing stock movements to customers from the various locations and dropshipments.

  • Ensure the completeness of documentation for billings including duly acknowledged DOs, customer PO and invoices.

  • Regularly update Accountant on the billing status.


Accounts Payable


Job Responsibilities:



  • Verification of vendor invoices and ensuring correct GL codes and routing for approval.

  • Follow up on resolution of issues relating to goods receipt; POs; Pricing etc so that invoices can be processed.

  • Treasury functions including tracking of payments and ensuring sufficient funds in FSS AP Bank account.

  • Monthly accruals JV for closing.

  • Vendor account reconciliation & follow up.

  • Liaise with vendors, operations team members, MOH etc.

  • Ensure completeness of documents to support all purchases and disbursements including PO, vendor invoices, Delivery Notes and warehouse goods receipt notes.


Job Requirements:



  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance / Accounting with 1 to 3 years of experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Preferably with SAP knowledge.

  • Proactive, able to work independently, and a team-oriented player in delivering results.

  • Positive working attitude and wiliness to learn.

Senior Purchasing Pharmacist
ALPS PTE. LTD.

$4200 to $6000 (Monthly)

Job Responsibilities



  • Leading the procurement and logistics team of drugs supply chain in hospital to ensure no disruption in drug supply.

  • Administer and supervise the procurement of pharmaceuticals and non-pharmaceutical items

  • Review and implement supply chain policies and procedures on purchasing and inventory systems to ensure efficiency services to stakeholders.

  • Participate in tender evaluation and provide feedback on pharmaceutical products.

  • Source, evaluate, negotiate and manage contracts for pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical items.

  • Analyse and evaluate external price trends and new product offerings to identify opportunities to reduce overall purchasing costs.

  • Oversee the inventory management and stock turn within department target.

  • Ensure pharmaceutical product is purchased in timely manner with minimize out of stock situation, or to bring in alternatives where applicable.

  • Responsible for MOH Civil Emergency, Emergency Preparedness and Pandemic Outbreak drug supply as main liaison person with MOH related to drug supply chain.

  • Responsible for all Controlled Drug (CD) related matters in hospital and main liaison with HSA for CD related issues/ audits.

  • Preview procurement and logistics related procedures or policies to improve workflow.

  • Practise professional responsibility and train pre-registration pharmacists, as needed.


Job Requirements



  • Degree/Post Graduate in Pharmacy

  • A registered pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant professional practice experience is preferred.

  • Possess Integrity, strong interpersonal and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in engaging stakeholders is preferred
