BIM COORDINATOR

BIM COORDINATOR


Job Responsibilities:



  • Prepare and establish a BIM Execution Plan that outlines the plan and processes in which BIM will be implemented throughout the project lifecycle to meet the BIM requirements of the Contract.

  • Develop, update and implement the BIM Execution Plan in accordance with the latest Singapore BIM Guide and the requirements detailed in this BIM Requirements (Design and Construction);

  • Oversee, coordinate and manage all BIM related aspects of projects, from tender to construction stage.

  • Appoint as the main point of contact for BIM to overall manage and coordinate the use and delivery of BIM for the Contract.

  • Ensure the appropriate implementation of the BIM Execution Plan and deliverables as well as the effective and efficient collaboration and coordination of design.

  • Responsible for the management of BIM Execution Plan, BIM strategies, processes and standards for the discipline/area of design works.

  • Oversee appropriate data flow internally and externally. Validate level of detail, modelling content and quality control;

  • Participate in design and model coordination meetings and reviews sessions.

  • Responsible to participate and support the Company’s SHEQ within the scope of duties; and

  • Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.


Job Requirements:


· Degree or Diploma in Architecture or Civil / Construction Engineering, or formally trained in BIM (Diploma or Modelling Training certification);


· At least FIVE (5) years of engineering experience in BIM-based construction, design, drafting, coordination, drawing production, submission to the local authority;


· Experience in large to a mega large public project, building and infrastructure projects in various regions e.g. Asia, Middle east etc.


· Background in both private sector and developer;


· Certification & seminar in term of BIM, VDC and IDD domain.


· At least Five (5) years of BIM coordination and/or BIM management and modelling experience in design, engineering or construction projects; and


Proficient in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Navisworks, ArchiCAD and Bentley BIM Suite etc.

BIM SALES CONSULTANT MANAGER

Job Scope


· The candidate should be familiar with Singapore construction industry.


· The candidate shall have sales experience with the main contractor, sub-contractor, Consultant, Archi firm, etc.


· The candidate will be involved in selling BIM services (such as BIM modeling services) and digitalization products (such as digitalization platforms).


· In-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other BIM products in Singapore construction market while liaising with client and would be advantageous.


· Make appointments and demonstrate our excellent BIM software presentations for customers.


· Develop and acquire new customers from our target market segment(Main contractors, sub-contractors, M&E contractors and QS Consultant) and your own resource over the telephone, e-mail, and outdoor visiting.


· Provide pre-sales our BIM software consultant and after-sales support for our BIM software implementation


· Provide sales and basic service support to identify potential clients and develop new accounts


· Excellent in negotiation and follow-up skills


· Generate weekly sales report and budget projection for management




Requirements:


· Good knowledge in the construction industry, especially BIM/digital technology for contractors, consultants and building owner in Singapore


· Preferably with construction industry experience candidates.


· Diploma with minimum 3 years of sales or B2B experience in the construction industry


· Take initiative to understand the in-depth knowledge on our BIM products as well as other products in the market while liaising with the client


· Proficiency knowledge in Microsoft Office and Excel


· Highly sales-driven and confident self-motivated


· Pro-active and ability to work independently


· Practice integrity and high dedication


· Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills


· Strong creativity and problem-solving abilities


· Willing to take action with “CAN DO” attitude

SOLUTIONS SALES MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role is mainly about prospecting new customers and bring new opportunities to the sale team.

• Prospect for potential customers using various direct methods such as calling and face to face meetings, and indirect methods such as networking.

• Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales.

• Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements, as well as the range of options and cost benefits of each.

• Maintain a high level of relevant domain knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with prospects.

• Make presentations to senior managers and decision makers.

• Draft and deliver proposals.

• Work with product specialists where required to address customer requirements.

• Develop and maintain territory plans which outline how sales targets will be met on an ongoing basis.

• Develop and maintain key account plans that identify opportunities for company to deliver value, strategic motivators, main stakeholders, buying processes and forecasted sales.

• Report on sales activity.

• Keep detailed notes on prospect and customer interactions.

• Provide forecasts on best case and most likely sales volumes over relevant time periods

• Cultivate strong relationships with third party and partner companies that may be required to deliver full solutions to customers.

• Work with marketing to plan and execute lead generation campaigns.

• Provide feedback to sales management on ways to decrease the sales cycle, enhance sales, and improve company brand and reputation.

• Provide feedback to company management on market trends, competitive threats, unmet needs, and opportunities to deliver greater value to customers by extending company offerings.

• Identify sales support requirements and work with marketing to develop improve sales tools

• Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

• Conduct all sales activities with the highest degree of professionalism and integrity.
