Visual Merchandiser

$2300 to $2800 (Monthly)

Job brief

We are looking for Visual Commercial Merchandiser to work alongside with the commercial manager in order to drive the image and commerciality of the store.

Your main duties will be:

· Create and adapt visual merchandising proposals according to these priorities. And create a unified and tailored solution for the different types of stores.

· Gather feedback from Commercials and Store Managers on the week’s proposals and make improvements.

· Coordinate with Commercial Director to develop the commercial/merchandising skills of the Commercials and Managers. Also, work on the improvement of the Sales and product trainings for all stores in your area.

· Analysing the sales reports to identify priorities to work during the following days (opportunities, potential and problem subfamilies).

· In-charge of merchandising the store in accordance guidelines and promote new lines effectively.

· Supports the commercial manager to identify and action creative and visual ideas for the store.

· Analyse daily information and react to it accordingly.

· To be in charge of planning the commercial and visual activity of the store in a daily/weekly and seasonal manner.

· Work closely with the operation team to ensure that the best RFID practice is in place at all times.

· Control product levels in stores and communicate with the commercial manger.

· Support customer service with product, knowledge and awareness of the following:

-New Arrivals

-Ranking of best seller

-Offering Alternatives

-Resolve customer queries as they arise and refer to senior management when necessary.

· Responsible for the stockroom organization (standards, layout, efficiency).

· Responsible for RFID and its devices (PDA’s and iPods, a good 25R, practices and routine and works alongside with the Commercial team.

· Responsible for planning stockroom initiatives to come up with solutions to overcome capacity issues.

· Managing delivery productivity in line with Company target.

· Manage and oversee the complete delivery process across 3 sections and react to unexpected circumstances when necessary.

· Support management team with security to minimize stock loss and action plans accordingly.

· Responsible for ZARA Online storage in store and its organization.

· Team schedules are done to maximize the coverage of all sections in the stores.

· Actively communicate with the General services team to ensure maintenance issues are reported and incidences reported until sorted.

· Recognizes potential operation talents in stores and communicates with store manager, commercials, HR.

· Is able to make training plan for store trainee to improve operation skill according to CDP


· Ensures that the store is adequately resourced across all the areas that are touched by legal compliance have a thorough knowledge of all compliance issues across the store and that the people involved are knowledgeable and fully trained.

· Ensures employees are knowledgeable and always updated on SOPs.

· Implements store self-assessment audits / reviews internal audit reports and devise action plans with the wider management team ensuring that actions are delivered.


· To ensure good housekeeping is maintained throughout all areas in the store and to communicate with the senior management team in case an accident happens.

Regional Marketing & Communication Manager

Job brief

You are required to lead the Marketing & Communications Department for Inditex Fast Fashion Brands, reporting to the General Manager to drive and execute internal and external communication campaigns including digital and online marketing initiatives ensuring its overall direction and implementation.


· Responsible for the proposal, coordination and execution of all marketing and communications activities such as marketing collateral production, advertising and promotional campaigns and all efforts required to effectively represent the company, brands and events to customers and stakeholders.

· Work collaboratively with a diverse brand team to create and manage cross-organizational, integrated marketing and communication strategies.

· Lead the marketing team across regions in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand

· Participate, lead and assist in Group Corporate Communication activities

· Coordinate with in-house design team and external vendors for the development, production and distribution of product / even promotional materials, web site and other marketing collateral.

· Provide writing and editing support for all outbound communication including email, promotional materials,

Our Requirements

Head of Inventory

Job Brief

This position requires the individual to develop strategies and tactics for improving operational efficiencies while improving service levels and reducing inventory levels as well as operation costs. She will provide leadership and assume responsibility for the functional and financial control of the department including development and management of an annual business plan and budget. She will also be responsible to ensure that all merchandise belonging to the Group is systemized and that all systemized inventory is physically available.

Responsible of all aspects of Store Operations and management of the back of house (delivery process and productivity, stockrooms standards and good replenishment practises) .sCoordinate and guarantee efficiency in any operation or process within the brands e.g Massimo Dutti, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Oysho and Stradivarius. Responsible for the department strategy, regional team coordination and ensure a total integration between physical store and online.

Duties & Responsibilities

General Outline

Performs duties and responsibilities commensurate with assigned functional area within a department which may include, but are not limited to, any combination of the following tasks:

• Ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain effective internal control over the product flow and accounting of inventory receiving, shipping and other inventory areas in retail operations

• Coordinate communication with Finance, Logistics, IT and Retail in relations to efficient inventory management

• Responsible for inventory planning, scheduling, and general management

• Direct all receiving and/ or returns and ensures that merchandise is credited in a timely manner

• Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory issues quickly such as locating product and processing inventory for sales

• Ensure all merchandise codes and pricing are accurate within the inventory management system and ensure timely update to support retail operations

• Develops and implements inventory control procedures

• Coordinates and manages scheduled physical inventory audit at the various boutiques

Process and Controls

• All processes in the department must be properly documented, signed off by a General Manager or and reviewed on regular basis

• Develop, document and implement effective controls for the wholedepartment. The controls must be checked and revised if necessary, on a yearly basis.

Maintain Inventory integrity

• Work with the store staff to manage inventory and minimize stock losses (within agreed level of tolerance per brand/product category)

• Make sure that the stock count is performed monthly

• Play a leading role when inventory integrity issues occur –Investigate and recommend corrective actions


• Attend to ad-hoc request/ assignment as and when required by General Manager or Asia Vice President. Urgent request must be attended immediately.

• Supervise and provide support (hands on to work might be required) to subordinates to ensure set deliverables


• Timely monthly submission of following reports:

- Closing stock report

- Stock take schedule

- Losses overview

- Negative stock clean up

- Support RFID implementation

Process Management

Special Projects Lead

• You will be the direct contact point in Inditex SEA for any launch of projects except for projects linked to Omni Chanel for Zara Brand

• The projects can be varying, depends on the needs of Inditex Business as a company

• As a lead your tasks includes working with other key members on the project to come up with the goals, objective and aims of the assigned projects
