Sales & Marketing Executive (Residential)

Our ideal candidate will be involved in developing and executing creative, cost effective and practical

sales & marketing solutions that create competitive advantages for our company and developments and

which result in strong sales performance of our projects. To be successful, you should have strong

interpersonal and communication skills, as well as possessing strong knowledge and understanding of

sales and marketing tactics.

Together with the Sales & Marketing team, you will be

● Contributing to the development of sales and marketing strategies for the company's existing


● Conducting market research

● Working with the sales & marketing team to devise and implement effective sales and

marketing strategies by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends

● Answering queries about product specifications and uses

● Grow and maintain the firm's pool of direct clients, including dealing with direct enquiries and

leads nurturing to closing

● Liaising with lawyers and finance on sales documentation

Candidate Description

● 1-3 years' experience in marketing and/or sales with a residential real estate developer or real

estate agency.

● Possess property market insight, salesmanship and performance management

● Able to work quickly, efficiently and prioritise important and urgent tasks to drive sales.

● Desire to grow with Aurum Land and intention to stay for at least 5 years but preferably 10+


● Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and negotiation skills.

● Traits: High energy, thinks and questions, commercially minded, diligent, efficient multi-tasker,

inquisitive, loyal, adaptable, sociable, takes pride in their work, cares about the developments

and company.

● Ability to speak Mandarin an added advantage

● Singaporeans / PRs only


1. Basic ranging from $2,500 - $3,200 depending on experience
