Responsibilities:


1. Meet company set KPI


1.1 Responsible for profitability of store in charge.


1.2 Consistent Achieve Sales Target as Set to the store.


1.3 Ensuring customer complain to be minimal or none for store in charge.


1.4 Daily and weekly housekeeping to be as of SOP.


1.5 Outlets cleanliness and hygiene at peak as of all times.


2. Completed Honesty and Dedicated to the Store Arranged.


3. Attendance Monthly must achieve Overall of 98 percent


4 Must be able to excel on operation such as high problem solving skills, high adapting ability to daily changes on operation needs.


5. Involves in searching of new manpower, able to assure stability for new opening outlets


6. Expected to Good Inter -Personal Skill in production negotiation and Human - Relation.


7. Capability to liaise with suppliers for ordering and daily delivery needs


8. Communicating well with remaining mangers to assist in weekly rostering


9. Expected to be moving around and not stationary in one particular outlet.


10. Strong sense of belonging and involvement in all company activities.


Requirements:



  • Diploma or higher qualifications

  • Min 1 year’s relevant experience

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications

  • Multi-tasking and work independently with self initiative

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • A good team player and able to take ownership of task assigned.

  • Entry Level is welcome.

Company Profile:


Our company is in F&B industry. We have few outlets located around Singapore and the company is currently expanding the business. We are looking for a candidate to support the team to help the company growth. He or she must possess “can-do” attitude and being a responsible team player.


Responsibilities:


- responsible for overseeing everything from hiring staff


- responsible for recruiting and hiring staff in addition to maintaining work schedules.


- must have enough employees to cover each shift, which may require schedule revisions in


order to accommodate staff changes.


- may fill in shifts when other staff is unavailable.


- need tallies all sales to confirm that receipts match total sales.


- keeps records of the coffee and food inventory and works with vendors to place orders


- may work with technicians if any equipment requires repairs.


- monitors the coffee house so that the environment is clean and organized.


- need train staff to make beverages


- Daily and monthly stock take for few outlet inventory


- handles customer issue and solve the problem


Requirements:



  • Diploma or higher qualifications

  • Min 2 year’s relevant experience

  • Multi-tasking and work independently with self-initiative

  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft office applications

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Bilingual in English and Chinese liaise with Chinese associates
