Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce Administrator


We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator that acts as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment. We are working from home/anywhere.




You wil be responsible for:



  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, and other routine tasks

  • Complete regular internal system audits

  • Ensure Salesforce instance is up to date in terms of upgrades

  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations

  • Coordinate the evaluation, scope, and completion of new development requests

  • Work with the management team to establish suitable processes to support administrative, development, and change management activities

  • Assist in training of new users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization

  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and the application development team


To succeed in this role, you will have skills / experiences:



  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent

  • At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Lightning, preferably with Salesforce Administrator certification

  • Active affiliation with various technological networks and organizations in specialised fields including ERP, CRM, mobile, security and others.

  • Experience with Pardot and DocuSign advantageous

  • Experience with Salesforce API and System Integrations highly advantageous

  • Familiar with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)

  • Regional experience will be good to have

IT Admin Assistant/ Executive

Responsibilities:




Procurement Role:



  • Organize all procurement activities relating to request for proposals, sealed bids, and price quotes

  • Review & process requisitions into purchase orders and any resulting change orders

  • Maintain and update professional library publications and books in IT department

  • Perform general clerical duties such as maintaining general files, typing, data entry, opening mail and completing and processing standard purchasing order.

  • Coordinate appointments and vendor deliveries; respond to inquiries from other departments

  • Processing of vendor invoices to ensure services/ products have been delivered, perform matching of invoice to purchase order and purchase request/ project charter/ contract.

  • Maintaining and updating of vendor contract and updating of Operating expenses in Smartsheet system

  • Work closely with Finance, admin and HR department


Admin role:



  • Manage calendars and schedules of Group head

  • Handle travel and visa related arrangements

  • Provide a full range of support at meetings, including assistance with scheduling, meeting and greeting guests and arranging refreshments. Take minutes and actions.

  • Manage expense reports submission in IT department

  • Maintain and update department organization charts

  • Handle office supply ordering

  • Handle employee enquiries

  • Prepare and coordinate mail, faxes and express packages

Requirements



  • Diploma and NITEC holders are welcome to apply

IT Manager

Overall Purpose of Role


The IT Manager has responsibility over the site wide IT infrastructure and operations for Singapore locations, including offices and data centre facilities and part of Boardroom Limited Technology Services team. The individual must demonstrate leadership, initiative and drive towards managing a local team in order to deliver best in class IT services to the users. He/She reports to the Regional Head, Infrastructure and Operations.




Key Responsibilities



  • Overseeing IT operations and projects including systems, network, end user and telephony.

  • Provide leadership and expertise towards IT operations and infrastructure technologies.

  • Ensure monitoring and health checks on key infrastructure in country.

  • Conduct incident and change reviews.

  • Conduct reviews on architecture, capacity of infrastructure, vendors’ performance and Service Level Agreement with the assistance of subject matter resources.

  • Work with internal project teams, vendors and management to ensure a smooth and secured running of on-premises and cloud systems/services.

  • Managing and reporting on site IT budget

  • Providing leadership to team members

  • Managing Singapore Helpdesk team and ensuring timely user engagement and ticket resolution to provide excellent service.

Job Profile


Required Skills and Knowledge



  • Minimum of Advance Diploma or equivalent in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Information Technology.

  • 3-5 years’ experience in team leadership or as an IT manager, with technical background in Systems or Network technologies, such as:

  • Cloud, Microsoft Server technologies and M365 products, virtualization technology, storage management, backup & recovery solution, Linux environment; and/or

  • Network switching and routing, SD-WAN networks, VPNs and Firewall

  • End User support experience, such as in a local/regional helpdesk context with experience in supporting user directly (onsite) and remotely.

  • Certification in systems or network disciplines such as Microsoft Server Technologies, Microsoft End User technologies, Network, VMWare desired.

  • Certified in ITIL Foundation required

  • Good analytical and conceptual thinking problem-solving skills.

  • Good command of English and technical documentation skills.
