About the Role




The Operations, HR & Technology Associate is a role for those who like to balance process and technology enablement to improve the execution, efficiency, and performance of the whole team.




Your role will be two-fold: to manage and execute on several components of our operations, and identify opportunities for improvement through process improvement and systems integration.




Your tasks may include:



  • Manage client and talent feedback, and liaise with product and management teams to resolve issues

  • Work with marketing and sales teams to improve efficacy and determine new strategies to improve customer experience.

  • Identify new opportunities for product features through customer feedback

  • Manage and oversee internal operations including leases, subscriptions, and processes

  • Work with the finance team to ensure financial deadlines are met

  • Manage recruitment, selection and onboarding process for new hires and contractors

  • Develop and coordinate performance review process

  • Ensure HR policies align with statutory and legal requirements

  • Maintain and review employee contracts and agreements

  • Manage visa applications processes

  • Manage and review timesheets submissions

  • Support employee welfare initiatives

  • Perform audits for payroll and leave compliance

  • Oversee HRM administration software


Requirements:



  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources or operations

  • Experience working with and implementing technology solutions

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks and people

  • Great communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail

  • Process-oriented, but able to weigh that with results and goals

  • Passion for process improvement and achieving efficiencies

  • Eager to learn, and apply your knowledge to the difficult tasks at hand
