Senior Human Resource Executive
BRADBURY CONSULTING PTE LTD

$3500 to $4000 (Monthly)

Job Responsibilities:



  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions

  • Maintain HR operational documents eg. Employee Handbook, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, Service Agreements, Contracts of Employment, etc

  • Manage monthly payroll, CPF, IRAS submission

  • Manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of personal files and records, payroll verification, tracking of service confirmation, contract expiry, etc

  • Manage holiday calendars and leave balance

  • Support end to end life cycle for employees from on boarding to off boarding

  • Respond to external/internal requests for information

  • Support delivery of reports within scope

  • Manage medical claims and clearance

  • Review salary bands and benefits and make recommendations

  • Measure employee retention and turnover rates

  • Submission of government-paid claims and waivers

  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations

  • Handle all application, issuance, renewal and cancellation of work passes

  • Well versed in Employment Act and latest recommendations by government authorities

  • Liaise with MOM and relevant government bodies

  • Assist in any other tasks assigned


Job Requirements



  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in human resource administration required

  • Bachelor Degree required

  • Excellent oral, written and inter-personal communications skills, adept at dealing with and engaging people at all levels

  • Skilled at establishing and cultivating strong relationships

  • Possess willingness to learn

  • Good team player

Senior Accountant

Job Description



  • Liaising with clients, colleagues and shared services centre

  • Reviewing and implementing accounting policy

  • Providing guidance and imparting accounting knowledge to colleagues

  • Reviewing of multiple sets of accounts

  • Analysis of financial performance of clients

  • Liaising with clients and presentation of accounts to clients

  • Providing finance, tax and human resource advisory to clients

  • Ensure compliance with FRS, Companies Act and local statutory requirements

  • Supervising of accounts executives and accounts assistants

  • Prepare budgets and other financial reports

  • Prepare consolidated financial statements

  • Prepare unaudited financial statements

  • Other accounting and finance functions


Business and General Management



  • Preparation of business proposal, business presentation and tender proposal for local and overseas investments

  • Conduct research and preparation of report on the analysis and summary of market research

  • Assist in the development of company policies, strategic plan, organisation structure or restructuring plan

  • Preparation of critical business letters, e-mails, draft minutes of meetings


Human Resource and Payroll



  • Setting up of human resource policies and procedures

  • Preparation of letter of employment, letter of termination and letter of confirmation

  • Review payroll calculation, IR21 and IR8A

  • Insurance matters


Requirements


· Degree in Accounting, ACCA, or CPA


· Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese


· Strong command of FRS
