<ul><li>Responsible for assisting in the preparation of food items</li><li>Prepare all food items as in a sanitary and timely manner.</li><li>Assists in the development and planning of menus</li><li>Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency.</li><li>Responsible for stock taking of ingredients, and supplies and within the section of work.</li><li>Ensures that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s Hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures.</li><li>Support safe work habits and a safe working environment at all times</li><li>Maintain food safety, workplace safety &amp; sanitation</li><li>Understand and know the proper usage all equipment and responsible for cleanliness &amp; maintenance of them, otherwise to follow manuals and instructions set by kitchen team and management</li><li>Work well under pressure during peak hours to assist kitchen team to prepare and deliver quality food items according to Company's quality standards and SOP</li><li>Enjoys working in a team and a dynamic environment</li><li>Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays</li><li>Salary negotiable based on experience</li></ul>
