Job Description :


· Take charge of daily restaurant management operations include Kitchen and Service Managment.


· Deliver superior food and beverage service and maximize customer satisfaction.

· Regular review product quality and research new vendors

Job Responsibilities




● Manage operations through but not limited to proper scheduling, assigning of duties, table management in view of business levels and upkeep of hygiene and sanitation.


● Ensure proper shift handling and hand-over


● Actively participate in discussions with the Food & Beverage team (including the Culinary team) to ensure the timely development and completion of the annual budgets, and to regularly monitor performance and assume responsibility for its achievement.


● Develop and implement the restaurant's annual business plan, strategies and key performance objectives to ensure the unit meets its financial targets.

  • As a Sommelier your role is to have a high level of knowledge of wines and be able to upsell to guests.

  • Ensure all beverage stocks in the wine stand are used, stored and accounted for following company policies and procedures

  • Maintain and update the wine list to reflect the products and vintages that are in store

  • Ensure that there is continuous and adequate feedback being communicated with regards to guest comments on the scope and content of the wine list.

  • Responsible for maintaining the wine list, recommending wines accordingly and ensuring the wine is enjoyed.

  • Ensure communication with restaurant manager/bar manager to identify wines that need to be upsold in order to maintain stocks.
