Responsibilities:• Perform all office administrative duties including supplier invoicing, data entry, documents filing, book-keeping, copying and scanning• Generate tax invoice and payment receipt to customer• Handling telephone enquiries and responding to general e-mails and WhatsApp• Monitoring and ordering of office supplies and upkeeping office cleanliness• Other ad-hoc administrative &amp; support duties as assigned by ManagementRequirements:• Required language(s): English and Mandarin• Preferably Entry Level with at least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel)• Good with numbers, organized and high-level of attention to detail• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivationWorking Hours:• Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
