Role and Responsibilities


The Service Delivery Executive will lead the service delivery experience; being a single point of ownership and accountability for all Cisco service delivery related activities and assuring partner outcomes across lifecycle of services.


Responsibilities include:


Operational excellence



  • Improve partner dedication and happiness with key partner stakeholders by driving value in service delivery

  • Capture and eloquent value with key partners (e.g. QBR/JBR)Work

  • Perform monthly reviews with Sr Management in Delivery Center and Cisco partners to review trends typical of an operational QBR, including potential compliance issues

  • Implement industry leading practices (e.g. ITIL Incident Management) around service delivery in relation to compliance of Cisco’s programs

  • Measure relevant key performance indicators (e.g. SLAs, availability)

  • Embrace and demonstrate Cisco standard methodologies around tools, automation, workflows, and process to ensure successful delivery to partner - standardize and replicate where appropriate

Strategy



  • Shape multi-year services strategy, in conjunction with sales and partner leadership

  • Develop partner delivery strategy in alignment with services strategy

  • Drive services revenue growth through sales pursuits aligned with account plan


Relationship management/communication



  • Apply Cisco solutions to partner's business drivers

  • Influence and challenge the partner's thinking to develop better solutions to business and IT objectives

  • Establish and maintain relationships with key partners most senior executives and decision makers -ability to directly influence decisions

  • Influence and work with partner procurement - understand process, commercial terms, etc.


Innovation/change advocacy



  • Champion partner requirements and needs into Cisco - engineering, quality, roadmaps, service offer development, etc.

  • Innovate around delivery process, engagement models, business management, and partner intimacy - demonstrate improvement in business execution and be seen as a go to resource in helping shape portfolio and technology direction

  • SDE should be able to perform in an independent manner, and be comfortable operating in an un-supervised environment


Minimum Qualifications



  • 8-15 years of professional experience, including corporate or functional strategy roles

  • Ability to get results through executive influence and consultative approach - focus on most critical issues and establish a pragmatic path to decisions and action

  • High threshold for working in undefined frameworks, with ability to structure work and develop teams leading strategic and ground-breaking initiatives.

  • Creative, out-of-the-box strategic and analytic problem solving skills, both qualitative and quantitative

  • Proven track record to work cross-functionally through critical topics in order to achieve business objectives

High Touch Engineer (HTE)

Job Description



  • Provide Network-level problem resolution, including troubleshooting on the entire Cisco network for complex and critical issues.

  • Provide problem root-cause analysis at the network infrastructure and application level and produce detailed technical reports that include root cause, next steps, and recommendations for corrective and preventive actions.

  • Provide Software Referrals to address critical problems identified across customer’s install base.

  • Review and analyse trends and work with the High Touch Operations Manager (HTOM) in providing quarterly reports detailing corrective action plans, and other actions planned for the next quarter.

  • Shorten the time to resolution during complex and critical situations by using knowledge of the customer network and their operations.
