Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities:



  • Efficiently handle member inquiries and orders via phone, in person or e-mail in the Call Centre

  • Be empathetic and professional in handling all queries, problems or complaints that might arise keeping the organisation’s interests in mind 

  • Process incoming orders, new accounts, distributor changes and assist other members with account management when required 

  • Keep up to date with all the information in relation to past, existing and upcoming products in order to provide necessary details to members with products, business and relevant Company information 

  • Efficiently log all member calls and report any trends noticed to the management  Proactively informing the members of any product promotions, company events and special occasions

  • Provide administrative services as and when required in the Call Centre




Requirements: 



  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Customer Service. Experience working in call-centre environment is preferred 

  • Possess a diploma or degree in any discipline. Candidates possessing ITE Nitec with Customer Service experience will be considered 

  • 5-day work (Monday – Friday) and able to commit to 8-hour long shifts 

  • Strong English writing and communication skills 

Responsibilities:



  • To achieve sales and revenue targets by brand and market segment.

  • Manage the monthly sales forecast and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.

  • Work closely with the Channels Sales Director to provide direction, development, and support for the sales team’s optimal performance for the assigned product group.

  • Build strong relationships, plan business and forecasting, develop joint initiatives, and ensure the highest satisfaction levels with the vendor and business partners.

  • Ensure the technical sales support team is ready to support the relevant product groups.

Responsibilities:


· Carry out works on site in accordance with drawings and specifications.


· Check the materials and work in progress to ensure compliance with specified requirements and safety regulations.


· Coordinate with the site engineers, site supervisors & project manager for site activities


· Conduct daily site inspection and supervision of deep excavation/mined and bored tunneling works.


· Review and prepare method statements for submission to the client.


· Monitor and track site progress, manpower mobilization and equipment deployment.


· Ensure job safety analysis and site safety compliance.

Responsibilities:



  • Carry out production, service, installation and commissioning of equipment

  • Carry out receipt and inspection of products from customers

  • Provide cabling diagram for equipment sold to customers

  • Identify and document quality issues related to products and services

  • Supervise technician in the production, servicing, installation and commissioning of equipment

  • Authorize the release of equipment to the customers after meeting specified standards in the service, repair, installation and commissioning work




Requirements:



  • Minimum NTC/ITC in Electronics Engineering/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering
