Human Resource Business Partner

$4400 to $5500 (Monthly)


HR Business Partner is responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, both strategically and operationally. Implements policies and procedures pertaining to employees. Work closely with business leaders, serve as an advisor and change facilitator to the business, and initiate, design and implement HR programs, and translate objectives into HR deliverables.


1. Monitor the HR Metrics like Turnover rate, Training Hours, Employee Satisfaction rate and compliance on quality standards.

2. Prepares, research, maintain and keep abreast on the national average standards in terms of employees’ benefits, well-being and skills.

3. Prepares employment contract for new hires and processes work passes for foreign talents.

4. Ensures that Personnel’s records, headcount, employment data, are timely processed/prepared, documented, completed and updated.

5. Maintains & ensure proper filings of documents related to employees.

6. Ensures submission of Entries/Exits to Finance Executive for updating in the payroll system.

7. Coordinates with training providers for external training.

8. Acts as company’s representative to government agencies.

9. Carefully handles confidential matters and documents.

10. Formulate and execute initiatives in the development and management of talent and potential successors, so as to build a pipeline of leaders to succeed key positions.

11. Review and evaluate existing HR processes/ policies/ practices to ensure market competitiveness and legal compliances.

12. Drive initiatives in culture building, staff engagement and organizational improvements.

13. Function as a HR business partner to the Management on all HR Matters

14. Ensures 5S is implemented in the work area.

15. Adheres company’s guidelines with regards to Safety and Quality.

16. Complies to Company Code of Business Conduct.

17. Promote and participate in company-wide or departmental programs such as:

1. Education : Degree in Psychology/Master in Human Resources, or any other

Related to Human resources (ie people management)

2. Experience : 5 years relevant experience

3. Communication : Excellent both in oral and written English Communication Skills

4. Legals/Policy : Familiar with local legislative & manpower requirements.

- Relevant experience in driving employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive and empowering culture in the organization.

- Exposure in HR best practices in other organizations.

- Can deal with employees from all level

Quality Inspector

$1800 to $2500 (Monthly)

QC Inspector will work closely with the Supervisor/Lead to complete the daily assigned tasks (incoming inspection, in-process inspection, NDT inspection and final/outgoing inspection). Inspecting various stages of the inspection to ensure the products fulfill the required quality as given in the production requirements.


1. Perform incoming material inspections as per the appropriate Work Instruction (WI).

2. Perform correctly the daily in-process and final inspection of the product following the Quality Procedure (QP) and WI.

3. Ensure material/component traceability (router sheet) is maintained throughout the manufacturing process.

4. Ensure to clock in/out in the system and update the router sheet correctly.

5. Ensure only calibrated and validated equipment/measuring devices are used in the inspection processes.

6. Report to the Supervisor/Lead on any non-conformance(s) detected during inspection.

7. Ensure repaired/reworked items are re-inspected before releasing the product for further processing or delivery.

8. Prepare and complete inspection records prior to shipment to customers.


1. Nitec 'O' or 'N' Levels

2. With at least 1 year of work experience in a manufacturing environment (preferably Oil and Gas)

3. Able to communicate in English

4. Has to be physically fit with good eyesight.

5. Preferably has Liquid Penetrant Inspector Level II Cert or Welding Inspector Cert.

6.Advantage if have experience or knowledgeable in machining process for oil and gas parts.

7.Knowledgeable or able to use measuring instruments such as Calipers, micrometers, profile projectors and knowledgeable in measurement of threads such as API threads, UN or stub acme.

8.Basic understanding on machine parts GD & T features and on inspection of non-metallic such as elastomers is advantage

Warehouse Storeman/Assistant

$1800 to $2200 (Monthly)


The warehouse Storeman is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations in the warehouse. Ensures all inventories are received, processed and stored in a safe, efficient and timely manner. Ensure proper documentation of the warehouse for records and traceability. Coordinates daily activities of a team of procurement, planning, warehouse assistant on receiving and dispatch of goods to production, quality inspection and its respective location. Ensure efficient storing and distributing of inventory.


  1. Responsible for receiving, storing, assembling, packing and/or unpacking of goods as well as delivering goods from the store.

  2. Support the day-to-day warehouse operations

  3. Assist and perform load and unload of containers;

  4. Perform goods receiving function and ensure accuracy in goods received;

  5. Perform picking and packing function based on the DO requirement for delivery to the retail outlets;

  6. To perform picking and packing related activities for delivery.

  7. To ensure location storage of goods to respective areas and shelves.

  8. To maintain inventory accuracy.

  9. To assist inventory count

  10. Ensure that the inventory system is updated accurately and promptly;

  11. Ensure Picklist and Router sheet is updated at VM system and properly filled up.

  12. Perform general housekeeping of the warehouse.

  13. Any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer.


  1. Min ‘N’ level and with work experience in the warehouse is an advantage
