Senior Sales Engineer

$3500 to $4500 (Monthly)

Job purpose

This position is responsible for identifying potential new customers, selling manufacturing services to potential and existing customers, achieving sales targets, keeping up-to-date records of all sales related activity and converting market understanding and sales leads into commercial opportunities.


  • Research and understand the market and customer needs

  • Develop sales growth plan for Singapore and USA market and to achieve sales targets of the business

  • To identify, nurture and convert new business opportunities in the target markets

  • Contact existing clients to build and maintain the relationship / business

  • Provide customers regularly with helpful material such as product samples and catalogues

  • Gather information on customer needs and target selling strategy accordingly

  • Quote prices, credit and contract terms, warranties and delivery dates to customers accurately

  • Consult with customers after sales or contract signings to answer questions and provide support

  • Collaborate with and answer colleague questions, working together where necessary to create value for the business

Core Competencies

  • Must have good time management, planning, and negotiation skills

  • Working with customers: experience of discovering customer needs and developing customer relationships, evaluating and improving customer satisfaction

  • Customer Markets: understanding the customer applications, their market and market needs

  • Forming a sales approach: make presentations, discuss options, negotiate successfully and reach an agreement

  • Engineering and Technology: practical application of engineering science and technology, including applying principles, techniques, procedures and equipment to the design and production of mechanical goods

  • Knowledge of sales techniques: knowing about different ways of selling, sales models, account management approaches, account planning methods, pricing structures etc.

  • Working with customers: experience of discovering customer needs and developing customer relationships, evaluating and improving customer satisfaction


  • Seeking at least 3-5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in medical devices and/or semiconductor industry

  • Experience with industrial or technical ceramics would be advantageous

  • Exposure to the broad Industrial market through direct work experiences

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering or other technical discipline

  • Innovative thinking to spot new opportunities and to establish rapid growth within the new market place

Sales Executive - Medical Training Simulators

$2500 to $3500 (Monthly)


  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs of the client

  • Generate leads, new sales and maintain existing accounts to ensure business growth

  • Achieving own targets through identify & developing usage of our products/services

  • Increase customers' satisfaction and productivity by providing outstanding, high quality customer application education and support;

  • Perform incisive and insightful market and competitive research

We are looking for a person to:

  • Network widely with key opinion leaders throughout the Singapore healthcare facilities and Medical Device Companies.

  • Lead the conversation with health executives in order to identify, grow, develop and maintain key customer relationships.

  • Identify new high-growth markets for new products;

  • See your ideas in action, by developing a strategic plan and business strategies for new products.

  • Explore new frontiers by identifying new revenue streams for existing product lines and lead annual market analysis by intelligence gathering on customers and competitors.


  • At least 2 years relevant work experience in similar sales and marketing role(s) with proven outside sales track records in the clinical laboratory, pharmaceutical or healthcare related industry

  • A people person who is responsible, multitasking, resourceful, self-motivated to go the extra mile, attentive and sales-oriented

  • A committed team player with integrity, positivity and good initiative, able to work independently and under pressure

  • Willing to travel locally to visit clients

  • Experience in Sonography or Radiography would be an advantage.

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Biomedical Sciences or Nursing

  • Inexperience candidates are welcome as training will be provided

Customer Support Engineer

$2000 to $3500 (Monthly)

Job Scope:

As a member of customer support team, the Customer Support Engineer (CSE) will be responsible for technical support activities to customers and partners including on-site support and second line support as needed. He/she will act as the liaison between the field and customer support regional office in Hong Kong and being the technical representative to resolve customers and partners’ issues and escalations.


  • Provide remote support to customers to resolve technical problem

  • On-site support to customers until problem solved

  • Perform on-site installation and training to customers

  • Handle and follow up escalated issues from customers until solution is provided. Communicate promptly escalations to the Regional Technical Specialist team in Hong Kong

  • Provide application support to clients’ engineer or internal staffs

  • Prepare timely report to customer support management

  • Participate on special projects and company initiatives as needed.


  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.

  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Mechanical/Automotive or equivalent.

  • Preferably with Class 3 License
