Business Analyst (BA) plays a Techno-Functional role at the Offshore development center. TBA is fully responsible for the adherence of the Offshore deliveries with the PVD (Project Validation Document). PRB (Product Requirements Baseline) and PDS (Product Detailed Specifications) During the execution phase, she/he is in charge of the process definition, the specifications of the core banking system configuration, the change management, the specific developments (gaps) specifications, the testing and the deployment. During the test phase, she/he prepares and run test cases and follows the defects correction with IT teams. She/he also has a key role in data reconciliation during the Migration Dry Run and Dress Rehearsal. She/he works in liaison with business stakeholders, project managers, business analysts, IT/Development teams, Testing team and architects. Fully aligned with Onsite BA to support project requirements.


Development & Unit Testing


- Work with BAs & Technical Lead to ensure full accountability of the PDS (Product Detailed specification).Provide clarifications to project tream during the development phase of the project to any queries pertaining to PVD, PRB, PDS. Key Responsibilities
