Marketing Executive (Healthcare)

$4000 to $4500 (Monthly)

The successful candidate will be part of the Healthcare division marketing team, responsible for the strategy planning, execution, and achievement of overall performance of our assigned brands, image, and positioning in relation to the competitors for pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, he or she will work closely with the sales team to achieve top line sales and bottom line profitability of agency lines.


  • Principal management, including attending and presenting business reviews with Principals agencies and portfolio management.

  • Implements and drives brand/segment strategies to optimize sales, margins, market-share, and penetration, in line with overall strategic business objectives.

  • Develop and execute brand plans for all assigned brands / products to achieve growth objectives and financial targets; communicate brand objectives, strategies, and activation plans through active coordination with eCommerce partners, internal and external stakeholders.

  • Creates and drives effective channel and field force strategy and plans with direct collaboration with the Sales Manager.

  • Ability and agility to take on new product ranges, new product launches and business expansion opportunities, as deemed fit for market expansion.

  • To work closely with regulatory team to ensure product information on marketing collaterals are compliance to company guidelines and principal requirements.

  • Prepare and plan product forecasts and constantly monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal supply

  • To ensure SOP and compliance guidelines are followed by all personnel concerned.

  • To ensure KPIs are met and reports are submitted timely.

  • To ensure speed to market for new launches as well as distribution expansion.

  • To achieve departmental and company’s objectives.


  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or Sciences with marketing management knowledge.

  • At least 3 years of related working experience in pharmaceutical, biomedical sciences or medical devices industry

  • Innovative & resourceful person that thinks out of the box to deliver creative and cost-effective branding strategies

  • Versatile, result-oriented, energetic / dynamic personality & passionate about branding

Assistant Sales Manager

$5000 to $5500 (Monthly)

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Strengthen team competencies through coaching and training.

  • Lead and work closely with respective Product Specialists to ensure sales call plans and marketing strategies are implemented to deliver sales targets.

  • Lead and guide the sales team in obtaining growth in their respective market segments.

  • Achieve/exceed assigned key account territory sales targets and related activities.

  • Engage in product portfolio management and set strategic directions based on customer needs and business goals.

  • Manage Individual and Team Account information through effective, timely reports and accurate customer records

  • Identify new business opportunities within existing distribution channels as well as venturing and growing new potential market segments.

  • Strengthen business relationship with Key Opinion leaders.

  • Identify gaps and develop potential within the team for career development.

  • Enforce and improve sales force effectiveness.


  • Degree in any relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in sales of pharmaceutical/ healthcare products.

  • Effective sales planning and analytical skills.

  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills.

Assistant Marketing Manager

$4500 to $5500 (Monthly)

The successful candidate is responsible for the marketing of healthcare products in OTC channels.


  • Work closely with principals in understanding their needs and putting in place trade and marketing strategies to achieve defined business objectives.

  • Work closely with Sales team in developing sales and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure that the division’s goals are met and sales targets achieved;

  • Prepare annual marketing plans for OTC Channel.

  • Work closely with Inventory Management team on demand planning and forecast

  • To achieve top lines sales and bottom line profitability of OTC products through trade marketing activities with good ROI.

  • To ensure speed to market for new listing as well as distribution expansion.

  • Conduct scheduled business review with principals and agencies.

  • To align and achieve both principals and company’s objectives.

  • New product development planning and launches.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience:

  • Degree in Marketing or related discipline

  • FMCG experience in Trade Marketing (VMHS Category) is preferred.

  • Working knowledge with local modern trades & retail outlets.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of digital marketing social media platforms.

  • Experienced in developing and presenting marketing plans.

  • Knowledge of trade marketing concepts and best practices.

  • Understanding of local consumer and shopper insights;
