Data Engineer

$4000 to $8000 (Monthly)


  • Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and to understand their business processes.

  • Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture,

  • Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional / non-functional business requirements.

  • Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability, etc.

  • Build the infrastructure required for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading of data from a wide variety of data sources using Spark, SQL, and Azure ‘big data’ technologies.

  • Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.

  • Use tools to deploy and monitor the performance of the systems in production.


  • Demonstrate knowledge and real-world experience on Big data technologies. A successful history of manipulating, processing, and extracting value from large datasets.

  • Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases.

  • Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets.

  • Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.

  • We are looking for a candidate with > 3+ years of experience in a Data Engineer role. They should also have experience using the following software/tools:

  • Experience with big data tools: Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, etc.

  • Experience with relational SQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, or Postgres.

  • Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools: Azkaban, Luigi, Airflow, etc.

  • Experience with stream-processing systems: Storm, Spark-Streaming, etc.

  • Experience with object-oriented/object function scripting languages: Python, Java, C++, Scala, etc.

  • For senior data engineers also should have demonstrable experience in

  • Project management and organizational skills.

  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Good Academic track record preferred.

  • Some experience with visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau or other BI tools will be beneficial.


  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field

  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience.

Service Delivery Manager

Job Description

Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing and monitoring Service Level Agreement’s (SLA) requirements so as to ensure the contractual requirements’ levels are met and tasked to take on responsibilities during contract transition phases.

• Lead and drive the service delivery for assigned accounts

• Accountable for the success of projects implementation for assigned contracts

• Manage and communicate with key holders on daily operational support

• Monitor and ensure SLAs are met, issues escalated and prioritized

• Act as the point of contact for service delivery

• Responsible for service delivery of account and prioritization of work requests

• Manage a team of server/network and resident engineers.

• Required to manage data centre operations and ensure the necessary processes are in place to support service/equipment on boarding, network and physical security, service contingencies etc.

• Provide customers with relevant reporting and trend analysis statistics to pro-actively support and improve the customer’s business

• Identify operational gaps and drive to ensure closure, both internally and externally

• Maintain long term healthy customer relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams

• Ensure delivery to cost plan

• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in application maintenance or infra maintenance

• At least 10 years of IT outsourcing experience with proven ability to work in large groups and for large accounts, to lead large teams

• ITIL Certified preferred.

• Prefer to have skillset around Oracle products or did service delivery for Oracle related products like IAM or Database.

• Prefer to have skillset around AWS or done service delivery for projects related to AWS.

Cloud Sales Manager

The Cloud Sales Manager (Enterprise) manages the opportunity from sales pursuit to close using deep sales process and offering expertise. Act as point of contact for resolution and escalation of all key items with the client and internally.

Target the right clients, grow quality pipeline, win profitable deals, and manage sales activities with the objective of creating mutually beneficial, trust-based relationships that create value

Has a direct relationship with the owner or decision-makers of mid-enterprise companies in Singapore.

Generate and build client relationships leading to qualified opportunity identification and involvement throughout the sales cycle often in absence of an existing client relationship or opportunity

Has prior experience in leading and closing multi-year deals.

Having some prior experience in selling application development or cloud migration is an added advantage.

Able to identify a client problem statement, craft a value proposition that provides specific outcomes addressing client problem.

Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.

Interacts with senior management levels at a client which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters.

Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments. Decisions have a lasting impact on the area of responsibility with the potential to impact outside areas of responsibility.

Ability to originate new opportunities.


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in selling cloud (IaaS or PaaS)

  • Possess any of the cloud fundamentals certification

  • Have sold deals of application development

  • Have positioned winning strategy development and value proposition development

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Desire to work in an information systems environment

  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills

Software Testing Engineer

$3000 to $5000 (Monthly)


Analyze Specifications - Before they begin performing any tests, Testers will need to review and analyze the specifications of their company’s software. This involves going over code, familiarizing oneself with the software’s objectives and evaluating the system requirements.

Develop Tests - After they’ve analyzed the software’s specifications, Testers must collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA) Engineers to develop comprehensive test plans. Those plans will be used as the blueprint for the testing process.

Execute Tests - Once they’ve developed an effective testing plan, Testers will execute the tests. These tests are automated and manual, and they can test the software as a whole or just part of it.

Document Bugs - As each test is executed, Testers will be required to record bugs, glitches and other flaws in great detail. This documentation will later be used by developers to fine-tune the software product.

Troubleshoot Issues - Often, Testers will need to do more than just identify bugs; they’ll also need to help developers think of ways to fix those bugs.

Re-Test Software - Even after a software product has been released to the public or implemented in an organization, Testers must continue to test the software on an ongoing basis. This ensures that software will only improve as time goes on.


Software knowledge – Use, selenium or jmeter to automate testing

Communication skills – Although working in the tech industry is often viewed as a career path which requires less communication skills than other fields, it’s necessary that Testers have excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.

Attention to detail – Since glitches in a program might not make themselves entirely apparent, it’s important that Testers have excellent attention to detail to identify even the most well-hidden bugs.

Documentation skills – Because such a large portion of their job relies on recording and reporting the problems they find, Testers must have advanced documentation skills.

Problem-solving skills – Testers will need to work with developers and other colleagues to find solutions to the glitches they find. Because of this, it’s important that Testers have strong problem-solving skills.
