E-Bridge Pre-School, a member of EtonHouse International Education Group, was launched under the Singapore Government’s Anchor Operator (AOP) Scheme to provide high quality and affordable early childhood services for families in Singapore. E-Bridge is founded on the belief that providing quality early years education to more communities across Singapore will improve the lives of children, families and the community at large and aims to offer a programme which will lay a strong foundation for children from all walks of life.

As part of EtonHouse, a global organization based in 9 countries with more than 70 campuses and over 6000 children from 61 different nationalities,  E-Bridge will offer an inquiry based programme that is engaging and holistic, built upon a foundation of respected research into young children’s learning and acknowledged best pedagogical practice. E-Bridge will also adopt high standards of practice with its quality assurance framework based on policies and standard operating procedures derived from international best practice. The children and parents thus have access to a holistic and nurturing learning environment that supports inquiry and exploration and encourages children to be confident, bilingual, responsible and happy citizens.

Job Summary


The Language Teacher shall be responsible (in collaboration with the Preschool Teacher) to nurture and inculcate the love of languages to children and facilitate small group experiences to meet curriculum requirements in our schools.


Job Role & Responsibilities



  • Plan and introduce language immersion programs and activities with children below 7 years.

  • Create meaningful language opportunities for children where a love for languages can be encouraged and nurtured.

  • Document children’s learning through contributions towards newsletters, class panels and children’s portfolios;

  • Build warm relationships and partnerships with parents and work effectively in a dynamic team.

  • Share in the management of pastoral care, health, welfare and behaviour of all children and in particular, those within your designated class group.

  • Respect and value each child’s social, cultural and religious background and by example, provides mutual respect and tolerance.

  • Maintains professional dialogue with colleagues concerning children, other colleagues and the school.


Job Requirements



  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education –Teaching with at least B4 in Tamil at GCE ‘O’ Level or its equivalent;

  • Registered ECDA educator with L2 certification

  • At least 1 year working experience in a pre-school in Singapore;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Malay/ Tamil Language (in order to conduct lessons & liaise with the Malay/Tamil speaking associates.)

Childcare Teacher

Job Role & Responsibilities



  • Undertake the teaching of a class in accordance with the school’s agreed policies and guidelines.

  • Use a variety of appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high-quality learning takes place.

  • Encourage children to take pride in their own environment and show respect and concern for others, to the benefit of the school as a caring community.

  • Responsible for all aspects of classroom management maintains a tidy, well-organised room.

  • Create an interesting and lively classroom which promotes independent learning.

  • Keep appropriate records of achievement for each child in class and provide reports as necessary.

  • Collaborate with principal and teaching staff to establish and develop effective pupil assessment procedures and moderation portfolios.

  • Build positive links with parents of children in their care.

  • Provide planning documents identifying specific learning objectives, differentiated tasks, special needs, extension and assessment, to the Principal or other authorized officer.

  • Maintain professional dialogue with colleagues concerning the children, other colleagues and the school.

  • Guide, motivate and monitor assistant teachers in carrying out their tasks.

IT Support Engineer
E-BRIDGE PRE-SCHOOL PTE. LTD.

The IT Support Engineer is expected to provide first and second level technical support throughout the organization.




Job Description:



  • Support the IT manager in maintaining server rooms, servers (both on-premise and Cloud) and network equipment across the organisation, including IT Asset management.

  • Support the implementation of IT-related projects.

  • Assist to source, manage and work with the designated vendors to ensure the smooth operations and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, disaster recovery and desktop/laptop computer support.

  • Provide technical support and administration for Windows and non-windows Servers, desktop computers, notebook computers, printers and peripheral devices, CCTVs & Telephony systems, ensuring the closure of and/or timely escalation of issues.

  • Attend to any other reasonable duties as assigned by IT Manager

  • Provide operational support in activity remediation analysis in union with the IT support team

  • Offer cause-analysis of IT related problems, including recommending cost effective solutions

  • Assist in building a procedure framework to enhance the IT knowledge base of employees

  • Collaborate pro-actively within the IT team to improve quality of systems and services within the organization

  • Assist in designing, implementing and renewing IT policies, procedures and standards

  • Manage and track outstanding issues with users and support team for prompt execution and closure

  • Lead periodic project update and provide progress reports to users and stakeholders

  • Undertake other assignment and duties as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Diploma/ degree in computer science or related fields

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a first level support environment, developing/ supporting web-based/ mobile solutions

  • Good working knowledge of networking or Domain administration including but not limited to LAN, WAN, SSL, VPN

  • Knowledge on CCTV, IWB and security firewall appliance would be highly desirable

  • Experience I project management will be an advantage

  • Ability to support remote offices in Singapore and to travel to site, where necessary

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft windows and server operating systems

  • Good interpersonal skills as this role requires communication with all levels of employees
