eCommerce Sales Coordinator

Job Description




• Prepare and upload product listing including content on the eCommerce platform.




• Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, etc are up to date and available-to-sell




• Receive and respond to eCommerce customer inquiries and concerns. Coordinating customer service


through web chat, phone, and emails




• Managing eCommerce customer’s comments and review through social media.




• Coordinate with merchandising team to plan & forecast the inventory for eCommerce campaigns and product launches.




• Work closely with various departments head to plan and execute all marketing strategies in order to achieve the sale target




• Consolidate sales performance from each platform for reporting and recommendation purposes




• Other day to day operation, logistics-related matters regarding running an e-commerce business




• Any other adhoc project as assigned by the manager.




What it takes:




• At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in the related field (Entry level candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply)




• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.




• Bilingual with proficiency in both English and Chinese. Able to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients.




• Highly initiative with positive energy




• Process good attitude towards learning and improving




• Basic understanding of design software such as Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator preferred




• Able to speak and write in Chinese language to communicate with Chinese-speaking vendors/clients and colleagues.

Reporting to the Admin Manager, the incumbent shall:



  • Assist the Admin Manager to manage the administration of the whole office & factory.

  • Assist with all administrative operations process & handle online purchasing and other general online records.

  • Key in all purchase requisition and preparation of purchase order into system.

  • Handle the purchase of all office and factory items.

  • Manage the application of all government grants.

  • Handle escalated issues and following up on outstanding issues promptly.

  • Maintain a record of the department documents.

  • Resolve the day to day issues on administrative operation with teammates and external parties.

  • Manage job scheduling tool and monitor repair activities.

  • Evaluate operational processes and recommend improvements for the team.

  • Coach and train other Admin Assistants, to ensure that all aspects of Administration for Operations team are efficiently carried on in a timely manner.

  • Any other ad-hoc administrative matters from time to time.


Educational Qualifications



  • Good commuication in English & Mandarin are essential to converse daily with Mandarin-speaking and English-speaking colleagues, vendors and suppliers.

  • Computer literacy on Microsoft Office program (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to react fast to suit operational support requirements.

  • Must be able to organize time effectively and prioritise tasks to cope with fluctuating workloads.

  • High level of accuracy in checking & processing information given.

  • A flexible and positive attitude with the ability to form good relationships with colleagues, external parties and current vendors.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities: (Accounts Receivables function)




Perform day to day posting of payments and cash receipts to customer accounts in a timely and accurate manner


Banking in of cheques and clearing of AR related bank reconciliation items


Generate Aging reports & chasing debtor for payments


Quarterly bad debts provision


Verify discrepancies & resolve payment related issues with internal and external stakeholders


Maintain proper records and documentation of all payment related matters


Perform monthly reconciliations for reporting purposes & to track that all transactions are accounted for and properly posted


Perform month-end closing tasks


Perform other accounting duties as requested (e.g. journal entry posting, ad-hoc reporting)



Requirements:


1. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy.


2. Minimum 1 year relevant working experience. Entry level, fresh grad candidates are welcome to apply.


3. Basic knowledge in Accounting and strong in Microsoft Excel program.


4. Ability to multi-task & adapt to fast paced environment.


5. Proven ability to work well under pressure and time constraints


6. Good work attitude


7. Positive attitude, organized, meticulous with figures and deadline driven in completing assigned tasks with


minimum supervision.


8. Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking colleagues, counterparts & clients in China.
