Cyber Strategy Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Supports the development, transformation and execution of strategy for clients and reports to the Head of Cyber Strategy, under the Head of Advisory.

  • Works across business and technology stakeholders to ensure the alignment of cyber security to business direction.

  • Supports cross-functional projects that requires expertise and understanding of business risks.

  • Works with other Consulting team members and the client to interpret strategic, operational and project objectives of clients into tangible outcomes for cyber security with business context.

Requirements



  • 4 to 6 years of experience in cyber security field, predominantly in consulting or advisory.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other equivalents.

  • Good understanding of business, technology and cyber security trends and their application to businesses.

  • Ability to travel 20% of the time.

Preferred Skills /Qualities



  • Familiar or keen in research, technical and business documentation and analysis.

Senior Malware Analyst

Duties and Responsibilities



  • Conduct reverse-engineering of malware in support of incident response/threat hunting and threat intelligence requirements

  • Conduct static and dynamic analysis of malware, including building a semi-automated lab environment that is capable of prioritising and analysing large pool of samples

  • Extract Indicators of Compromise, and using the resulting data to create detection model and knowledge base to detect similar activities

This role reports to the Head of Infrastructure and expected to be deployed into a project to deliver end-to end infrastructure expertise from Implementation until Operations


The role is expected to work as part of the project implementation team, leveraging on his infrastructure expertise, to deliver a turn-key cybersecurity project to the customer. As part of the implementation, you will be expected to understand the infrastructure of the project, provide operations excellence suggestions, develop operations document and eventually translate into the infrastructure operations lead within the project to bring up-to-skill, the infrastructure operations team




This role requires you to have a good and wide understanding of difference infrastructure solutions, as well as relevant experience in an infrastructure operations role. You need to have a desire for improvement using modern technologies and techniques such as automation and devops. This role exposes the person to an end-to-end project from design all the way until operations




Responsibilities



  • Work as part of the project implement team to design and deploy the infrastructure components to a turn-key project

  • Help work on technical documentations during the project, including project implementation documents as well as operational documents

  • Work closely with the eventual Operations Manager to operationalise and optimise the infrastructure operations within the project

  • Suggest and continuously improve the operations using a mix of automation scripts and other tools to increase operational efficiency

Duties and Responsibilities



▪ Lead client engagements, providing management and oversight of projects delivery and staffing including project assignments, capacity planning and project profitability for Ensign Consulting

▪ Be responsible for Consultants/ Associate Consultants leading the project delivery, including their execution in maintaining complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues; making timely decisions and the necessary corrective actions and escalations to maintain project schedule and budget; addressing project risks early and providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance; sets and manages client expectations; creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; communicates effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to identify needs; continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and managing any disputes or complaints.



This includes:
